Cognitive semantics is founded on the creation of conventional conceptual models. Similar to other semantic fields, semantic constructs reflect abstract conceptions that a person has constructed based on experiences. One of the semantic techniques is image schema. In this approach, a person's experiences in the surrounding environment generate mental conceptual constructions that can be transmitted to the language level. Thus, concrete and embodied experiences inside the conceptual system produce image schemas. This article aims to examine various cognitive semantics of processes and conceptual constructs in the form of image schemas. This type of poetry was considered to demonstrate how conceptual constructs to aid in comprehending abstract realms in Iranian children's religious literature. This study's results revealed that most image schemas in children's ritual poetry are of the movement type. The rationale for this can be found in the poems' themes, as concepts such as rebellion against oppression demand movement and action. The image schemas of power ranked second after the movement schemas in Ashurai children's poetry. This is partly due to the educational approach of the Imams (a.s.), who have endeavored to eliminate obstacles to a desired and ideal world. In addition, container schema is essential in children's religious poetry. This system is placed in the sacred shrine of Imams in accordance with the expression of reaching abstract ideas such as kindness, peace, and emancipation, among others.
